We have a clear vision on coaching en training. For our customers, we start our programme's top down. Experience has taught us that if management does not use it's skills effectively, it is not effective to train the sales force's skills. They will easily slide back into 'old' behaviour and forget what they were taught, if management is not capable of firmly anchoring this within the organisation.
