Nestlé Nespresso (Business Solutions) is represented in around 20 countries with daughter companies. Next to the B2C channel there is a strong focus on the development of the B2B channel. To assist in this development, XSELL has subjected the worldwide sales organisations to the Self Assessments of Objective Management Group. Based on the results, each country defined the 6 major development areas in people, systems & processes and strategy.
