Nestlé Professional

Nestlé Professional started the XSELL sales assessments in the Dutch organisation. At this moment we are working with Nestlé to have a rollout in Spain, Portugal, France and Germany.

A specific item with Nestlé Professional is the cooperation with Krauthammer. This is initiated by Nestlé since XSELL did not have the capacity to do all necessary training and coaching in local languages.

XSELL will do all the assessments in these countries. The output, like identified development areas, growth potential and ROI, is used as input for Krauthammer. Input for the fine-tuning of the needed trainings- and coachings programs.
