Nestle Waters Direct
The project with Nestlé Waters Direct was one our first successes. It was an interim assignment for four months to build a sales organisation that would overachieve on its targets.
Nestlé Waters Direct
Nestlé Waters Direct is part of Nestlé and is a business to business service provider. The core business is the sales of watercoolers and water, aiming for the highest possible consumption. Revenue and profit come from the sales of waterbottles, thus making throughput the key variable.
The sales organisation
The sales organisation was structured as follows:
- Telesales
- Sales Representatives
- Key Account Management
These three teams were lead by sales managers, reporting to the XSELL interim sales director.
Results
Within the period of assigment various results were achieved:
- Development of new sales channel (SME)
- Synergies created between the Dutch and German market
- Performance increase over 30%
