During the two years of us working together at Nestlé Waters Direct, Rob has achieved many things as Sales Director. Rob possesses a special combination of a very strong sales mentality and a clinical, analytical approach to the sales proces. Within our cooperation this resulted in both short term and long term succes.

Short term succes was strong growth in our customer base, driven by Rob's strong leadership of the sales team. Longer term succes was in building a sales team with the right skills, working within a clear and tight framework that Rob developed. Even after Rob left the company his influence remained through his team and the tools he created. This led to me asking Rob if XSELL could develop the same sales structure for our German market. Now this project is also finished succesfully, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Rob again if I required a structured and driven sales team to be build, or if I required a strong sales culture to be implemented.
